vātaghnamannapānaṃ mṛdu laghu śītaṃ ca vātatṛṣṇāyām/
kṣayakāsanucchṛtaṃ &kṣīraghṛtamūrdhvavātatṛṣṇāghnam//
Food and drink that alleviates wind, is mild, light, and cold, is for wind-thirst; / boiled milk and ghee that cures wasting and cough destroys thirst due to upward wind.
