dhātukṣayagadakarṣaṇavamanādyatiyogasūryasaṃtāpaiḥ/
pittānilau pravṛddhau saumyāndhātūṃśca śoṣayataḥ//

from depletion of tissues, emaciation by disease, excessive use of emesis and the like, and heat of the sun, / pitta and vāta become increased and dry up the watery tissues.
