hikkāśvāsanavajvarapīnasaghṛtapītapārśvagalaroge/
kaphavātakṛte styāne sadyaḥśuddhe ca hitamuṣṇam//
Hot water is beneficial in hiccup, asthma, acute fever, catarrh, after ghee has been drunk, in diseases of the flanks and throat, / in conditions caused by kapha and wind, in congestion, and immediately after purification.
