durupakramaṃ laghutvādvaiśadyāt syādasaktagatidoṣam/
doṣasthānaprakṛtīḥ prāpyānyatamaṃ hyudīrayati//
It is difficult to treat because of lightness; because of non-sliminess, its doshas have an unhindered course; / reaching the sites of the doshas and the constitution, it excites one or another of them.
