6.26.114

na vetti yo gandharasāṃśca janturjuṣṭaṃ vyavasyettamapīnasena/
taṃ cānilaśleṣmabhavaṃ vikāraṃ brūyāt pratiśyāyasamānaliṅgam//

and the person who does not perceive smells and tastes—one should determine him to be afflicted by apīnasa; / and that disorder born of vāta and kapha one should declare to have symptoms equal to coryza.
