sadāharāgaḥ śvayathuḥ sapākaḥ syād ghrāṇapāko 'api ca raktapittāt/
ghrāṇaśritāsṛkprabhṛtīna pradūṣya kurvanti nāsāśvayathuṃ malāśca//
Swelling with burning, redness, and suppuration is nasal suppuration, also from raktapitta; / and the wastes, having vitiated the blood and other [dhātus] residing in the nose, produce swelling of the nose.
