6.29.48

raktapittottare coṣṇairdāhaḥ kledo 'avadāraṇam/
bhavettasmādbhiṣagdoṣabalaṃ buddhvā++ācaretkriyām//

And in [gout] with a predominance of blood and bile, burning, moistness, and cracking of the skin / would occur from warm things; therefore, the physician, having understood the strength of the doṣas, should perform the treatment.
