kārayedraktapitaghnaṃ śītaṃ pittakṛtāsu ca/
śleṣmajāsu ca rūkṣoṣṇaṃ karma kuryādvicakṣaṇaḥ//
should be administered, and that which destroys internal hemorrhage and is cooling in those caused by pitta; / in those born of kapha, the discerning physician should carry out a dry and warm regimen.
