sannipāte vimiśraṃ tu saṃsṛṣṭāsu ca kārayet/
snigdhasvinnāṃ tathā yoniṃ duḥsthitāṃ sthāpayetpunaḥ//
In a combined condition, however, a mixed treatment should be given, as also in combined doshas. / Likewise, having lubricated and sweated the misplaced vagina, one should restore it to its position again.
