6.5.19

yaḥ spandate piṇḍita eva nāṅgaiścirāt saśūlaḥ samagarbhaliṅgaḥ/
sa raudhiraḥ strībhava eva gulmo māse vyatīte daśame cikitsyaḥ//

That which throbs only as a lump and not with limbs, takes a long time, has colic, and has all the signs of pregnancy—
that is an abdominal lump of blood, occurring only in women; it should be treated when the tenth month has passed.
