6.6.15

sthūlaḥ pramehī balavānihaikaḥ kṛśastathaikaḥ paridurbalaśca/
saṃbṛṃhaṇaṃ tatra kṛśasya kāryaṃ saṃśodhanaṃ doṣabalādhikasya//

Here one patient with urinary disorder is corpulent and strong, and another is emaciated and extremely weak; / there, nourishing therapy is to be done for the emaciated one, and purificatory therapy for the one with excess strength of humors.
