yā vātamehān prati pūrvamuktā vātolbaṇānāṃ vihitā kriyā sā/
vāyurhi meheṣvatikarśitānāṃ kupyatyasādhyān prati nāsti cintā//
The procedure previously stated for vāta urinary disorders is prescribed for those in whom vāta is dominant; / for vāyu is provoked in urinary disorders in those excessively emaciated; regarding the incurable, there is no consideration.
