krodho yakṣmā jvaro roga ekārtho duḥkhasaṃjñakaḥ/
yasmāt sa rājñaḥ prāgāsīdrājayakṣmā tato mataḥ//

Wrath, yakṣmā, fever, and disease are synonyms designating suffering;
because it initially affected the King [Moon], it is therefore considered rājayakṣmā.
