drākṣākharjūrasarpirbhiḥ pippalyā ca śṛtaṃ saha/
sakṣaudraṃ jvarakāsaghnaṃ svaryaṃ caitat prayojayet//
cooked together with grapes, dates, ghee, and pippalī;
and one should administer this with honey to relieve fever and cough, and to improve the voice.
