śleṣmaṇo 'atiprasekena vāyuḥ śleṣmāṇamasyati/
kaphaprasekaṃ taṃ vidvān snigdhoṣṇenaiva nirjayet//
Due to the excessive discharge of phlegm, vāyu drives out the phlegm; / the wise physician should overcome that excessive salivation only with unctuous and warm measures.
