6.8.150

śoṣiṇe bārhiṇaṃ dadyādbarhiśabdena cāparān/
gṛdhrānulūkāṃścāṣāṃśca vidhivat sūpakalpitān//

To an emaciated patient he should give peacock, and under the name of peacock other [birds]: / vultures, owls, and blue jays, properly prepared as a soup;
