iti sāhasiko yakṣmā rūpairetaiḥ prapadyate/
ekādaśabhirātmajño &bhajettasmānna sāhasam//
Thus, yakṣmā born of rash exertion sets in with these eleven
manifestations; therefore, one who knows one's own self should not resort to rash exertion.
