The Compendium of Caraka 6.8.42

6.8.42

tasmāt purīṣaṃ saṃrakṣyaṃ viśeṣādrājayakṣmiṇaḥ/
sarvadhātukṣayārtasya balaṃ tasya hi viḍbalam//

Therefore, the faeces must be protected, especially in a person suffering from rājayakṣmā;
for in one afflicted by the depletion of all dhātus, his strength is indeed the strength of faeces.
