vātaśleṣmavibaddhatvādurasaḥ śvāsamṛcchati/
doṣairupahate cāgnau sapicchamatisāryate//
Because of obstruction of the chest by wind and phlegm, he falls into dyspnoea;
and when the digestive fire is impaired by the doṣas, he suffers from slimy diarrhoea.
