The Compendium of Caraka 6.8.87

6.8.87

doṣādhikānāṃ vamanaṃ śasyate savirecanam/
snehasvedopapannānāṃ sasnehaṃ yanna karśanam//

For those with an excess of doṣas, emesis together with purgation is commended
after they have undergone unction and sudation, [administered] with unctuous substances so that it does not cause emaciation.
