śiraḥpārśvāṃsaśūlaghnaṃ kāsaśvāsajvarāpaham/
pañcabhiḥ pañcamūlairvā śṛtādyadudyādghṛtam//
cures pain in the head, flanks, and shoulders, and relieves cough, dyspnoea, and fever;
or ghee that arises from [milk] boiled with the five pañcamūlas.
