rūkṣālpaśītānnavirekadhātukṣayopavāsairanilo 'ativṛddhaḥ/
&cintādijuṣṭaṃ hṛdayaṃ pradūṣya buddhiṃ smṛtiṃ cāpyupahanti śīghram//
By dry, scanty, and cold food, purgations, depletion of tissues, and fasting, the excessively aggravated wind, / corrupting the heart burdened with anxiety and other feelings, quickly ruins intellect and memory.
