yaccopadekṣyate kiṃcidapasmāracikitsite/
unmāde tacca kartavyaṃ sāmānyāddhetudūṣyayoḥ//
And whatever will be taught in the treatment of epilepsy, / that too should be done in insanity, because of the commonality of the etiology and the dūṣyas.
