phalapippalīśṛtakṣīrānnavanītamutpannaṃ phalādikalkakaṣāyasiddhaṃ kaphābhibhūtāgniṃ &viśuṣyaddehaṃ ca mātrayā pāyayediti samānaṃ pūrveṇa//

Butter produced from milk boiled with seeds of the fruit, prepared with the paste and decoction of the fruit and others, should be given to drink in proper measure to one whose digestive fire is overpowered by kapha and whose body is wasting away; the rest is the same as before.
