With powder that looks like flower pollen, thoroughly impregnated twenty-one times with the decoction of the fruit and others, one should dust in the evening a large lotus growing in a lake; taking it up in the morning after it has stayed the night and been dusted again, one should have it smelled by a delicate person whose pitta and kapha are agitated and who is averse to medicine, after he has drunk to the throat any one of haridrā-kṛsarā or milk-gruel combined with rock salt, jaggery, and treacle; the rest is the same as before.
