jīrṇānāṃ ca suśuṣkāṇāṃ nyastānāṃ bhājane śucau/
cūrṇasya payasā śuktiṃ vātapittārditaḥ pibet//
and of those that are mature, well dried, and kept in a clean vessel,
one afflicted with wind and pitta should drink a śukti of the powder with milk.
