piṣṭaistaireva bilvāṃśaiḥ samūtralavaṇairatha/
tato mātrāṃ pibet kāle śreṣṭhametadvirecanam//
with those same [drugs] ground in bilva-sized portions, with urine and salt; / then he should drink a dose at the proper time; this is an excellent purgative.
