yāśca striyo &vātakṛtopasargā garbhaṃ na nṛhṇanti nṛbhiḥ sametāḥ/
kṣīṇendriyā ye ca narāḥ kṛśāśca &bastiḥ praśastaḥ paraṃ ca teṣu//
And women afflicted by disturbances caused by vāta who do not conceive when united with men, / and men whose faculties are wasted and who are emaciated: for them enema is praised above all.
