uṣṇābhibhūteṣu vadanti śītāñchītābhibhūteṣu tathā sukhoṣṇān/
tatpratyanīkauṣadhasaṃprayuktān sarvatra bastīn pravibhajya &yuñjyāt//
They declare cold [enemas] for those overcome by heat, and comfortably warm [enemas] for those overcome by cold. / Enemas formulated with drugs antagonistic to those [causes] should be applied everywhere according to distribution.
