śākhāgatāḥ koṣṭhagatāśca rogā marmordhvasarvāvayavāṅgajāśca/
ye santi teṣāṃ na hi kaścidanyo vāyoḥ paraṃ janmani heturasti//
Diseases situated in the limbs, situated in the gut, and arising in the vital points, above, in all bodily parts and limbs: / whatever there are, there is indeed no other cause superior to vāta for their origin.
