&viṇmūtrapittādimalāśayānāṃ vikṣepasṃghātakaraḥ sa yasmāt/
tasyātivṛddhasya śamāya nānyadbastiṃ vinā bheṣajamasti kiñcit//
Because it causes the dispersal and accumulation of the receptacles of wastes such as stool, urine, and pitta, / there is no medicine whatsoever other than enema for the pacification of it when excessively aggravated.
