galopalepaḥ śiraso gurutvaṃ niṣṭhīvanaṃ cāpyatha durvirikte/
śirokṣiśaṅkhaśravaṇārtitodāvatyarthaśuddhe timiraṃ ca paśyet//

stickiness of the throat, heaviness of the head, and spitting occur in one who is deficiently purged;
pain and pricking in the head, eyes, temples, and ears, and seeing darkness occur when one is excessively cleansed.
