tadvanmadhughṛtābhyāṃ &māṃsarasatulyo mustākṣayuktaḥ pūrvavadbastirvātabalāsapādaharṣagulmatrikorujānūrunikuñcanabastivṛṣaṇameḍhratrikapṛṣṭhaśūlaharaḥ

Likewise, with honey and clarified butter equal to meat broth, with an akṣa of musta, an enema like the previous one removes disorders of vāta and kapha, tingling of the feet, abdominal lump, and pain in the sacrum, thighs, knees, contracture of the thighs, bladder, testicles, penis, sacrum, and back.
