surāsauvīrakakulatthamāṃsarasamadhughṛtatailasaptaprasṛto mustaśatāhvākalkitaḥ salavaṇo bastiḥ sarvavātarogaharaḥ

Seven prasṛtas of surā liquor, sauvīraka vinegar, horse gram, meat broth, honey, clarified butter, and oil, pasted with musta and śatāhvā, with salt, is an enema that removes all vāta diseases.
