tasmānnirūḍhaḥ &saṃsnehyo nirūhyaścānuvāsitaḥ/
snehaśodhanayuktyaivaṃ bastikarma tridoṣanut//

Therefore, one who has had a non-unctuous enema should be oleated, and one who has had an unctuous enema should receive a non-unctuous enema;
thus, by the proper combination of oleation and purification, enema therapy dispels the three doṣas.
