karmavyāyāmabhārādhvayā(pā)nastrīkarṣiteṣu ca/
durbale &vātabhahne ca mātrābastiḥ sadā mataḥ//
In those emaciated by labor, exercise, carrying loads, travel on foot, riding in vehicles, and women,
and in the weak and those afflicted with vāta, a mātrābasti is always approved.
