bilvādipañcamūlena siddho bastiruraḥsthite/
śiraḥsthe nāvanaṃ dhūmaḥ pracchādyaṃ sarṣapaiḥ śiraḥ//
When it remains in the chest, an enema prepared with the pañcamūla beginning with bilva [is indicated]; / when it remains in the head, errhines and smoking [should be used], and the head should be covered with mustard [paste].
