snigdhasvinne mahādoṣe bastirmṛdvalpabheṣajaḥ/
utkliśyālpaṃ hareddoṣaṃ janayecca pravāhikām//

In one unctuated and fomented, who has great morbidity, a mild enema with little medicine, / aggravating the morbid matter, removes only a small amount and produces tenesmus.
