tato nastaḥkṛte dhūmaṃ pibet kaphavināśanam&/
hitānnabhuṅnivātoṣṇasevī syānniyatendriyaḥ//
Therefore, when the nasal procedure is completed, he should inhale smoke that destroys kapha; / he should eat wholesome food, stay in a wind-free and warm place, and control his senses.
