vidhireṣo 'avapīḍasya kāryaḥ pradhmāpanasya tu/
tat &ṣaḍaṅgulayā nāḍyā dhameccūrṇaṃ mukhena tu//

This procedure is for the pressed juice [instillation]; as for powder blowing, / he should blow the powder into the nose with a tube of six aṅgulas by mouth.
