eṣa dharmavidhiḥ kṛtsnaś cāturvarṇyasya kīrtitaḥ
ataḥ paraṃ pravakṣyāmi prāyaścittavidhiṃ śubham //

Thus all the legal rules for the four castes have been proclaimed; I next will promulgate the auspicious rules for penances.
