avagūrya caret kṛcchram atikṛcchraṃ nipātane
kṛcchrātikṛcchrau kurvīta viprasyotpādya śoṇitam //

As many particles of dust as the blood of a Brahmana causes to coagulate, for so many thousand years shall the shedder of that (blood) remain in hell.
