sūryeṇa hy śayāno 'bhyuditaś ca yaḥ
prāyaścittam akurvāṇo yuktaḥ syān mahatainasā //

For he who lies (sleeping), while the sun sets or rises, and does not perform (that) penance, is tainted by great guilt.
