yo rājñaḥ pratigṛhṇāti lubdhasyocchāstravartinaḥ
sa paryāyeṇa yātīmān narakān ekaviṃśatim //
He who accepts presents from an avaricious king who acts contrary to the Institutes (of the sacred law), will go in succession to the following twenty-one hells:
