daśa sūṇāsahasrāṇi yo vāhayati saunikaḥ
tena tulyaḥ smṛto rājā ghoras tasya pratigrahaḥ //

A king is declared to be equal (in wickedness) to a butcher who keeps a hundred thousand slaughter-houses; to accept presents from him is a terrible (crime).
