anena kramayogena parivrajati yo dvijaḥ
sa vidhūyeha pāpmānaṃ paraṃ brahmādhigacchati //
A twice-born man who becomes an ascetic, after the successive performance of the above-mentioned acts, shakes off sin here below and reaches the highest Brahman.
