etac caturvidhaṃ vidyāt puruṣārthaprayojanam
asya nityam anuṣṭhānaṃ samyak kuryād atandritaḥ //
Let him know that these are the four means for securing the aims of human (existence); let him, without ever tiring, properly employ them.
