vṛddhiśrāddhaṃ tathā somam agnyādheyaṃ mahālayam | rājābhiṣekaṃ kāmyaṃ ca na kuryād bhānulaṅghite

One should not perform a vṛddhiśrāddha, a soma sacrifice, the establishment of the sacred fires, a mahālaya, / a royal consecration, or an optional rite during [a month] skipped by the sun.

The śrāddha for prosperity, the Soma sacrifice, setting up the fires, the Mahālaya, a royal consecration and optional rites one should not perform in a month passed over by the sun.
