āsuro draviṇādānād gāndharvaḥ samayān mithaḥ |
rākṣaso yuddhaharaṇāt paisācaḥ kanyakāchalāt ||
The Āsura is through taking wealth; the Gāndharva is through mutual agreement; / the Rākṣasa is through abduction by fighting; the Paiśāca is through deceit toward the maiden.
