1.3.75

akṣatā ca kṣatā caiva punarbhūḥ saṃskṛtā punaḥ |
svairiṇī yā patiṃ hitvā savarṇaṃ kāmataḥ śrayet ||

Both a deflowered and an undeflowered woman, consecrated again, is a punarbhū (remarried woman); / an unchaste woman (svairiṇī) is she who, having abandoned her husband, resorts to a man of the same class out of lust.
